Adds support for Zotero item types document (with transcript handling), standard, and software (and related test fixtures/expectations). It also fixes the semiflatten merge bug (so CSL takes precedence over Zotero data), renames reportType/reportNumber to report_type/report_number in templates, adds JSON-LD generation for the new types, updates Hugo templates for new item types, and makes some config/RSS/template tweaks.
Key processing changes:

  • scripts/bib-fns.jq: semiflatten now does $data * $csl (CSL wins) and drops data.version; explicitly ignores record revision.
  • scripts/bibSplit.pl: adds handling for document, standard, software and maps genre, publisher, place, number→standard_number, version→standard_version. Also added report fields (already existed but usage fixed elsewhere). Warns on unhandled types.
  • scripts/update_bibliography.sh: option renamed -d|--debug → -d|--debugfiles in help/usage; adds GitHub warning annotations for bibSplit.pl warnings and fails build on non-zero exit. Also surfaces warnings.
  • Templates/layouts: add JSON-LD blocks for document/standard/software/transcript; display metadata for new types; fix report keys; fix some Hugo language param changes.

In addition, adds a new subpage under bibliography that describes the Zotero tags used and how they are expressed in CSL and JSON-LD. Information that should be useful for those working with Zotero or modifying bibliography entries on the site.

First step is to create a page that starts documenting the Zotero types
used and how they map into CSL JSON (the format exported by Zotero) and
get mappend into Schema.org metadata (information we annotate each
bibliography entry with).
