Custom 404 message is provided for bibliography entries. If we have a record of the page being removed we supply both the page name and item title. In either case, provide a link to the bibliography, Zotero and the Biblography intake page. Also maps so links that Google reports as 404s to relevant pages on the website.

Add detailed console.log statements to help diagnose: - Whether the 404 script is executing at all - What pathname is being detected - Whether the bibliography regex matches - DOM element availability - Removed entries data loading and parsing - Which code paths are being taken This will help identify if the script is running but failing silently, or if GitHub Pages is serving a different version of the page.
