Revise section "5. Medley Projects" to advise potential contributors to notify us if they start working on something, and self assign a GitHub issue if relevant. Also mention we can provide guidance on what to work on. This addresses issue #1432. Signed-off-by: Paolo Amoroso <info@paoloamoroso.com>

Probably needs a separate Issue? Or another possible place to mention our AI/LLM policy once we have one. Interlisp/medley#2612 |

A separate issue for what tasks? |

One suggestion - you mention self assign a GitHub Issue - maybe link GitHub Issue to the list of issues on the GitHub site. Take any guesswork out of finding where to go. I think @masinter was referring to the Google Document that lists the projects. It's dated 2024 and says being revised. We probably need to make sure there is an issue tracking that. I'd also suggest that we move it into the website -- a subpage under this one listing all the available projects. That would make it more visible and also allow the list to be indexed and findable via search engines. |

A revision of the page Get Involved to advise potential contributors to notify us if they start working on something, and self assign a GitHub issue if relevant. It also mentions we can provide guidance on what to work on.
The change addresses a task of issue Interlisp/medley#1431 which resolves it.
