Asian real-world asset settlement, demonstrated end to end on Base Sepolia testnet. Built for both institutions and AI agents.
OmniFlow is a pre-launch venture building on-chain settlement for income-producing Asian real estate and real estate-backed credit. The full subscription path — eligibility, deposit certificate, and compliance-aware token issuance under the ERC-7943 (uRWA) standard — is deployed and exercised end to end on Base Sepolia testnet. Nothing runs on mainnet, no assets have been acquired, and OmniFlow holds no licence of any kind.
The intended structure uses Singapore's Variable Capital Company (VCC) framework with a partner asset manager in each source market. No such entity is engaged today, and no fund vehicle has been formed.
Our first asset category is Korean logistics real estate and real estate-backed credit. The architecture is designed to extend to additional Asian markets and asset classes through the same compliance framework.
The intended investor base is accredited and institutional capital allocators — family offices, treasury operators, multi-strategy funds, and sovereign wealth pools. Two agent-facing capabilities are built and run on Base Sepolia testnet: an x402 agent payment rail, and an MCP server exposing four tools. A KYA (Know Your Agent) workflow is designed to admit agents as first-class participants; it is not built.
Each OmniFlow product is designed to deliver real economic yield from underlying asset cash flows rather than from token inflation. No asset has been acquired and no distribution has ever been paid. One tier is live in this build: Korea Logistics Income (Tier 2), at a 3.43% illustrative net distribution yield on testnet. Tiers 1, 3, and 4 are documented but not open, and no yield is published for them.
If you are an institutional or accredited investor, begin by reviewing the Eligibility page. The global track is not available to entities or residents of South Korea; a Korean track is dated to the 2027-02-04 commencement of the Korean token-securities regime and is not built. If you operate an AI agent that allocates capital programmatically, see Agent-Native Overview for the KYA workflow.
If you are a developer or partner protocol, the Technical section provides the system architecture and the Base Sepolia contract addresses. No smart-contract audit has been performed.
