rodin-kernel-perf

Performance configuration and audit scope for a custom Linux 6.6 GKI kernel targeting the POCO X7 Pro (rodin, MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultra / MT6899).

This repo holds only the performance-relevant config fragments and build notes. The kernel source itself is not stored here — see BUILD.md for the pinned upstream source trees.

• RAM: 12GB LPDDR5X
• Kernel: 6.6.x GKI (Android 16)

Scope

Scheduler, CPUFreq, memory, I/O, and thermal performance only.

Already applied (do not re-propose)

LTO, PGO, BOLT, MLGO, Multi-Gen LRU, Kyber I/O scheduler, ZRAM (lzo-rle + writeback + multi-comp), ZSWAP (LZ4, compiled but not default-on), BBR, PSI, CAKE qdisc, BPF JIT, F2FS compression, io_uring, THP madvise.
