fix(web): go-to-today now-cue pulse regression after #4468 #4473

Regression: pressing t while already on today with the now line in view no longer animates the now line or today's day label.

Reported on staging v1.3.165 after PR #4468 (label pulse CSS change).

Expected: each t press (including repeats) pulses the now line ring and today's label text.
