Patching grf in subfolders

Is it possible to patch GRF in subfolders?
For example:
I have grf in: system/data/data.grf
and thor patch with target grf: system/data/data.grf
When patcher try to apply, it show error
"Failed to apply patch 'xxx': Can`t find path."

I found some different with Thor patcher:
Thor use target grf like: /system/data/data.grf
And rpatchur: system/data/data.grf

I think problem is solved.
