LOLBAS currently publishes through Jekyll. This adds a static Astro site built directly from the existing YAML catalog, with instant search, combined filters, sortable columns, recently added ordering, catalog growth charts, and full command/detail pages.
Existing detail URLs and category anchors, JSON fields, CSV columns, Navigator data, and the count badge remain compatible. No source catalog records are changed. The original project title and existing LOLBAS badge favicon are retained. About lists maintainers first with their published X handles; primary button text stays readable before hover. New valid entries populate the site and exports automatically on each build.

Local validation: 16 data/release tests, 10 Chromium tests, the project-path preview smoke test, Astro check, verified build (251 pages / 245 catalog routes), canonical YAML/schema validation, formatting, actionlint, and independent API/publication/preview review. Fork CI, fork preview deployment, and upstream PR checks all passed. The hosted homepage, search-to-detail navigation, source revision, and API exports were verified; hosted JSON/CSV hashes match the local build. Official deployment was skipped as intended.
