noisy console.log in fromLeo function

There is a console.log call in the leo-stream.fromLeo function here:

console.log("Reading event from", start);

This should be removed so that it doesn't write out in automated tests or production logs.

We will be adding an initiative to move away from console.log and use leo-logger since it allows various suppression levels.
