Documentation

This page is under construction, just recently. We are going to use it to document how things are implemented in the FKL and how things should be implemented in the FKL.

Do not expect a full docummentation page in the near future. I'm a single developer (in the C++ design and implementation) so for now it's going to go slow.

Anything cmake related, ask Albert Andaluz. He is the owner of that part and I couldn't thank him more for it.
