chore: collapse the repo to the four product trees - #1808
Conversation
Keep backend, web, local, and MCP. Desktop wrapper, browser extension, Obsidian plugin, and evals remain on archive/hosted-2026-09.
Clear the SEO skill dump and shipped-phase plans so they can be rebuilt later. Leave Azure compose (SearxNG, sandbox, zero-cache) and license/export contracts untouched.
Give agents a closest-file-wins ops map and new-code organization rules, and install only the skills that match files already in the tree.
Replace the Docker-first contributing guide with a short index, current Covenant 3.0, private security reports, and issue forms that name the four products.
