Changes

• Preserve nearby ink and unedited pages during cleanup; avoid duplicate PDF downsampling.
• Keep same-second scans separate; verify external output identity and content before recovery deletes anything.
• Restore document authority before callback replay; handle scanner lifecycle and folder-preference rollback.
• Reject replayed folder results without replacing or cancelling the first accepted selection.
• Correct signature geometry, thin redaction preview, fullscreen bounds and text parsing.
• Release 1.9.5 Full: no Ads, Billing or Premium locks. The private Play edition is maintained separately; its source is not in this PR.

Verification

• 695 public JVM tests passed; 771 private Beta JVM tests passed.
• Huawei Android 10: final 60/61 native tests pass. The Czech OCR diacritic failure reproduces unchanged on the preserved baseline; its assertion remains intact.
• Folder-picker regression: the old internal build overwrites the first URI; the repaired build preserves it and rejects replayed selection/cancellation. The native red/green check ran on the physical Huawei.
• Signed Full candidate opens the real scanner, Gallery and manual/automatic capture on Huawei. No emulator used in this release phase.
• Independent reviews covered storage, restoration, PDF, geometry and monetization. Both final release builds and all configured APK/AAB policy checks passed from clean isolated Git clones with real source provenance. Required CI passed for91192b1.

Limits

Google Play production remains blocked by its testing requirement; this release targets the existing closed Alpha track. No claim of perfect OCR or new real purchase/renewal verification.
