Changes

• Normalize only ML Kit's documented -1 clock components in calendar QR data. Other invalid values and end-before-start events remain rejected.
• Open standard Wi-Fi settings instead of relying on optional Settings Panels.
• Prepare 1.9.6 Full/code52. Public source remains unlocked and ad-free; private Play Ads/Premium source is not in this PR.

Verification

• New calendar regression failed on the previous code and passed after the fix; real SDK CalendarDateTime objects are used.
• 697 public and773 private Beta JVM tests passed after behavior changes. Final release metadata/build checks will rerun from clean Git clones.
• Real calendar QR JPEG on Huawei Android10: old internal code dropped the calendar action; repaired code returned correct local dates. Native red/green logs preserved.
• Followup native62:61 pass,1 unchanged baseline Czech OCR accuracy failure. No assertion weakened. Standard Wi-Fi settings resolves on Huawei.
• Independent Astra review found no calendar blocker; its isolated-missing-fields and reverse-end coverage suggestions are included.

Limits

No emulator in this release phase. No new real payment, renewal or physical printer verification. Production remains blocked by Google's testing requirements; Play targets existing closed Alpha.
