Closes #20

check-types runs tsc -b when the root tsconfig.json has non-empty references (e.g. Vite's solution-style config), else tsc --noEmit as before. The command is resolved per run, so verifyx eject check-types also writes tsc -b for these projects.

Referenced configs need noEmit (the Vite template sets it), otherwise tsc -b emits their output. tsc -b --noEmit was rejected: unsupported on TS ≤5.5 (TS5094) and fails on composite references (TS6310).

Verification

  • Vite-style scratch project with a type error: node src/cli.ts check-types fails with TS2322; passes once fixed.

tsc --noEmit checks nothing on a solution-style tsconfig (Vite template). Closes #20
- npm audit fix for transitive patches
- vitest + coverage-v8 4 -> 5 (@vitest/mocker advisory)
- oxfmt 0.58 -> 0.71 (tinypool advisory)
- .nsprc: exceptions until 2026-10-13 for braces/sprintf-js via skott > depcheck (no patched release)
