Bring the app, documentation, Rust lockfile, and CI dependencies up to current supported releases in one verified update.
Validation: frozen offline install, typecheck, formatting, all 21 tests, main build, and docs build passed. Lint completed with zero errors and two existing warnings. Cargo dependency resolution and locked manifest metadata passed; no local Cargo compilation, tests, or Tauri build was run as requested.
The audit still reports unpatched transitive development-tool advisories in braces (high) and sprintf-js (moderate). TypeScript 7 and ESLint 10 are excluded because installed lint/test plugins do not support them; pnpm stays on its updated 10.x line for the existing Node 20 CI contract.
