Statement

As a Compose user, I would like to batch-pull all defined services that do not require building.

Expectation

container-compose [-f compose.yml ...] pull

This will download all images from their defined registries, in parallel, into the Container managed VM.

    I like this addition. #142 adds the command, though it still needs to handle refreshing existing images correctly. It also pulls sequentially at the moment, so parallel downloads remain part of this request.
