• design-audit.js rung 7 a11y findings carry no element evidence: button-name(critical,x1) with evidence: [], so the failing element has to be found with a hand probe; axe already returns the selectors

• journey-runner.js --positive-control runs every mutant back to back on the same data: a journey whose action consumes its seed state leaves the later mutants INVALID at "seeds resolved", and the control row then says "BROKEN PRECONDITION WENT GREEN"

• monkey.js typeSafely() writes the value through the native setter, bypassing the input's maxLength, so every length-capped text box yields a crash-class HTTP 560 that no user can reach

• coverage-preflight.sh --module: a single-file coverage-ledger.md is measured against every BRD in the project, so BRDs the module never claims read fully UNCLAIMED, and leaves other modules claim read UNCLAIMED too

• verify-module.sh journeys rung reads only journeys/<Module>.journey.json; a module that keeps one journey per file under journeys/<Module>/ gets FAULT "no journeys/<Module>.journey.json"

MendixMau/mxcli-project-toolkit#542 · Filter by author AlvinnYeo opened on Oct 22, 2026

• verify-module.sh: the page-scope step has a fixed 300 s budget with no VM_TMO_* override, and on timeout the Python child survives, writes page-scope.json later, and the design audit has already read the stale one

• mxcli v0.27 exec is all or nothing; STOP #22, learned-detection-gaps, iterative-build-loop and exec.sh still say it is "not transactional", and the "non-idempotent statement last" pattern no longer works

MendixMau/mxcli-project-toolkit#539 · Filter by author AlvinnYeo opened on Oct 22, 2026

• Named controls: mustFail can only match data.oql labels; outcome.label is never used in a check name, so a control tagged there always reads NOT PROVEN

• journey-runner.js landing guard uses locator.isVisible({ timeout }), which never waits: the 12 s budget is not applied, so a page slower than the per-action settle reads NOT-REACHED

• Local lane: no single 'what runs where' answer (MxBuild/runtime/DB/Playwright, Docker or not); doctor-triage says the ~/.mxcli/mxbuild cache is Linux-only but it holds a working Mach-O arm64 build on macOS

MendixMau/mxcli-project-toolkit#525 · Filter by author AlvinnYeo opened on Oct 21, 2026

• Lint receipt does not cover a project's edits to bundled rules, so mxcli's per-session refresh is charged to the next exec as a lint rise

• No warning when .claude/ is git-ignored, so the lint baseline, acceptance log and project-local rules are never versioned
