What

next dev runs on 3000 — FRONTEND_URL defaulted to 3001 so CORS rejected the frontend's origin and OAuth redirected wrong. And the backend's own PORT=3000 collided.

Fix

Backend PORT/APP_URL=3001, FRONTEND_URL=3000.

Resolves #590

next dev runs on 3000 — FRONTEND_URL defaulted to 3001 so CORS rejected the
frontend's origin and OAuth redirected to the wrong port. And the backend's
own PORT=3000 collided with the frontend's.

Now: backend PORT/APP_URL=3001, FRONTEND_URL=3000.

Resolves MergeFi#590

FRONTEND_URL defaults to http://localhost:3001, but the Next.js frontend serves on :3000 — CORS and the OAuth redirect miss it
