- Add an MIT LICENSE; set license/repository/homepage/bugs in package.json and replace the README's "License: Private". - Replace the real-looking mpi.ministryplatform.com default with the your-instance.ministryplatform.com placeholder in .env.example and setup.ts, and stop setup offering the placeholder as the host default. - Remove internal working files: the dated deps-audit reports (now gitignored local copies; deps-known-issues.md is the durable record) and the open setup-check TODO. - Move the closed 2026-09-28 auth review record from .claude/TODO/ to docs/security/2026-09-28-auth-review.md and neutralize its instance-specific wording. - Repoint test comments that cited deleted TODO files, and reword "TODO security-*" tags as review items so they don't read as open work. - .gitignore: .claude/reports/, /out/, npm-debug.log*, OS/editor files.
