chore(deps): remove unused dependencies and the Tailwind v3 config - #106

- Remove @types/js-cookie, @types/react-syntax-highlighter, @tailwindcss/typography and autoprefixer: nothing imports them, and PostCSS uses only @tailwindcss/postcss. - Move tsx to devDependencies (only the setup/codegen scripts use it). - Delete tailwind.config.js: Tailwind v4 is configured CSS-first in src/app/globals.css; components.json now sets tailwind.config to "" as shadcn expects for v4. - Relocked with npm run deps:relock; deps:verify clean.
