Add series name property for character tags

The point of this feature will be to get rid of the qualified names like miyu-kasumizawa-(blue-archive) and simply have miyu-kasumizawa, but retaining the ability to see all the blue archive characters in the suggestions box when you simply type blue-archive. The qualifiers made this possible with no need for additional features, however, the suggestions box could also resolve names from some seriesName property added on the tags table. The unqualified names may look nicer, and certainly are less wordy.

Another alternative is making characters imply the series and probably this column is auto-managed with triggers
