normalizer-loading path, do not clear the steps and silently allow SentencePiece
tokenizers to fall back to byte-level BPE; preserve the unsupported state or
fail loading for SentencePiece tokenizers. Ensure Encode cannot produce IDs
through the fallback path for an unsupported normalizer.
Review comments at @image_gen/pixeldit/model_export/export_pixeldit.py:
- Around line 394-397: Update the export condition around write_pipeline_config
so tokenizer files and pipeline_config.json are written whenever the transformer
is included in to_export, even when export_all is false. Keep the existing
behavior for full exports.

- Around line 123-125: Guard the `os.add_dll_directory` call in the directory
loop so it runs only when that Windows-specific API is available; preserve the
existing directory checks and path handling.

Please use Ort's CopyTensor method. Also pinned does not necessarily mean unified memory. Our TensorBuffer class in ort_session.cpp has a copy method aswell that also support,s event signaling with pure ORT API's. Or do you need partial copies solely in CUDA processing code ?

Yeah I need partial copies, I have switched to view + ort's copy tensor.

🟡 Minor · Validate the unknown token and template token lookups when the tokenizer… · tokenizer.cpp:477-485
common/io/tokenizer.cpp:477-485
🩺 Stability & Availability | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick winValidate the unknown token and template token lookups when the tokenizer loads.
unk_id_becomes -1 ifunk_tokenis absent or not in the vocab.byte_fallbackis true in this mode, so the unknown token is used only if a byte token such as<0xXX>is missing. In that caseApplySentencePieceBpepushes an empty string. The encoder then throws "missing BPE token: " with an empty name, which hides the real cause. The template lookups usetoken_to_id_.at(token). If a template references a token that is missing from the vocab, they throw a barestd::out_of_rangewith no tokenizer context. Check both cases at load time and throw a descriptivestd::runtime_error.🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

Changes
Tokenizer
PixelDiT's text encoder is Gemma, which uses
SentencePieceBpe. So I extended the current tokenizer support.PixelDiT model structure
I didn't add the repo as a submodule, but rather copied some of the files that I need. The model architecture was adjusted to account for unsupported operations in the model. This includes RoPE via
torch.polar/view_as_complex, andF.unfold/F.foldpatchifyPipeline structure
PixelDiT uses negative prompting. For now I have set the batch size of text encoder to be 1, and batch size of DiT to be 2, and option to support batchsize = 1 DiT can be added later.
