The npm-publish workflow only triggers on release creation, so GitHub doesn't show the "Run workflow" button in the Actions UI. This adds
workflow_dispatchso the workflow can be started by hand..github/workflows/npm-publish.yml: addworkflow_dispatch:underon:. The existingrelease: types: [created]trigger is unchanged.Reviewer note: the jobs have no trigger-specific conditions. A manual run goes through the same steps as a release run, including any publish step. I only inspected the top of the file, so please check that a manual dispatch behaves as intended, or add an
if:guard on the publish job.
