Neotro Protocol is used here as a non-invasive second-order observer protocol. The financial PoC organizes public market-structure traces into F-state review-reference outputs while preserving native market meaning and the authority of existing market-risk, exchange, broker, trading, supervisory, policy, execution, and control systems.
Primary observer-line validity is evaluated through observer-state separation, matched-control separation, state non-collapse, source-trace alignment, cross-track grammar consistency, and sensitivity/falsification behavior. Native breach timing, trading utility, control improvement, and operational stabilization remain downstream or secondary evaluation domains.
| Track | Public replay layer | Baseline F2+ | Event F2+ | Max duration-matched control | Active states |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Track 1 | 2020 COVID-19 market-wide transition | 12.94% | 81.13% | 73.58% | 5 (F0-F4) |
| Track 2 | 2021 GameStop localized microstructure stress | 10.94% | 52.63% | 50.00% | 5 (F0-F4) |
| Track 3 | 2023 U.S. regional-bank sector-confidence stress | 16.87% | 66.20% | 19.72% | 5 (F0-F4) |
All three event windows exceed their maximum duration-matched non-event control F2+ burden in the adopted v0.2 aggregate evidence set, and all three retain non-collapsed F0-F4 state structure.
The data ZIP contains:
00_Public_Number_Verifier/— reviewer-facing verification of selected report numbers.01_Results_XLSX/— aggregate Track 1, Track 2, and Track 3 result workbooks.02_Public_Output_Data/— selected aggregate CSV/JSON/MD outputs by track.03_Metadata/— source registry/checksums, cross-track summaries, sensitivity/falsification outputs, boundary notes, package metadata, and package manifest.
Reviewer-facing verification command after extracting the data package:
python 00_Public_Number_Verifier/VERIFY_REPORTED_PUBLIC_NUMBERS.pyThe supplied public-number verifier returns RESULT: PASS for the adopted v0.2 package. The package-level manifest contains 67 listed files, all matching their recorded file size and SHA256 values in the supplied archive.
The public F-state language is a review-reference observer grammar:
- F0 — Stable Reference
- F1 — Watch
- F2 — Structural Divergence Candidate
- F3 — Transition-Risk Candidate
- F4 — Boundary / Tail-Risk Review Candidate
- FX — Unavailable / Supplemental
These outputs are not buy/sell signals, market-direction forecasts, alpha claims, native market-risk alarms, execution instructions, broker or exchange commands, supervisory decisions, or automatic control outputs.
The repository exposes aggregate observer outputs and verification materials only. Record-level feature-to-state pairings, implementation-sensitive calibration internals, deployment-specific operators, partner data, native execution/control integration logic, operational-use implementations, and production-use materials remain outside the public package.
File possession or repository access does not grant operational evaluation, real-time market observation, shadow-mode use, trading-performance validation, implementation, deployment, integration, commercial, certification, sublicensing, resale, managed-service, or automated-control rights.
