This is part of <ngi-nix/forge#376> The ngi team is going to try out [Offen](https://www.offen.dev/) for analytics on `ngi.nixos.org`. I'm 99% sure that this subdomain arrangement (website at `ngi.nixos.org`, and offen at `offen.ngi.nixos.org`) will work, but it's super non-obvious to me from reading the docs: <offen/offen#894>.
