chore(tmp): 临时目录统一命名为 .tmp

背景

工作区临时目录约定从 _tmp/ 统一命名到 .tmp/，本仓库同步改名与引用，保证 .tmp/ 仍被忽略、打包与 CI 缓存路径一致。

改动

• .gitignore：忽略 .tmp/（原 _tmp/）
• scripts/pack.mjs：铺平目录 _tmp/pkg/ → .tmp/pkg/
• scripts/fetch-vendor.mjs：下载缓存 / 解压临时目录改到 .tmp/
• .github/workflows/ci.yml：vendor 缓存路径 → .tmp/vendor-dl

验证

• node --check scripts/pack.mjs scripts/fetch-vendor.mjs 均通过
• 改名后 git status 无 tmp 相关条目，.tmp/ 忽略生效
