Restore GIGS 5110 Lambert Azimuthal Equal Area coverage in the normal CTest suite.
Refs #4823.
The regular CTest suite currently omits the existing 33-check fixture. This change restores the existing fixture filename and its existing CMake registration. It keeps the coordinates, tolerances, operation syntax, and 1,000-cycle round trips unchanged.
The unchanged fixture passed 33 baseline checks. The registered CTest case passed the same 33 checks. The complete configured CTest suite passed all 76 tests, with no failures or skips, on macOS arm64. Other platforms remain unverified.
