A fresh export of Offline-Protocol/CLI@d36d002b445ab7a44f746c4164a696b9d70660bc (CLI #79): it adds
keywordstoplugins/offline-protocol/plugin.json, which Kiro's power registry requires. The only other change isSOURCE.json(the source commit and hashes). Produced withscripts/export-agent-plugins.mjs --check-npm, per distribution/PUBLIC-PLUGIN-REPOSITORY.md.
