Scope
Publishes the isolated Workspace Manager and authenticated Docker control-plane checkpoint from a clean GitHub main base.
Validation
npm test: 3 passednpm run test:transport: 1 real-Docker integration test passedKnown limitations
The 256 MiB streaming acceptance remains unresolved; backpressure, disconnect recovery, Docker fault injection, and exact Compose runtime acceptance remain unqualified.
Please review CI/deployment implications before merging.
