Repairs the reproduced checkout infrastructure failure from native run 37230154387, without rerunning its failed source or modifying frozen factory code. Existing gitlink is pinned to a4f3da56c2e6e9fd85e54ba009f6f3456de3b5b5; adds only its already-authoritative .gitmodules repository/path registration. The exact failing git submodule foreach command now succeeds locally. Full suite: 8393 passed, 13 skipped, zero failures. Ruff/actionlint passed. First native run built nothing and published nothing; historical failure preserved.
