NetCore v1.1.0

Prepares the first release of NetCore. The repo was not runnable before the work merged today — this PR adds the changelog, real screenshots, and one last CORS fix.

The severity of what was fixed today

  • The backend could not import at all. Settings had lost OPENAI_API_KEY / OPENAI_MODEL while the validation block still read them → AttributeError on import main. API, CLI, Docker and docs were all dead.
  • A real UnboundLocalError: a redundant local import re in netmiko_client.pull_running_config() shadowed the module import, so re.search() above it raised on the Cisco config-pull path (caught by ruff F823).
  • Three syntax errors across routers/chat.py, scripts/cli.py, scripts/nethermind.py.
  • The container stack never worked: the "production" frontend image ran npm run dev as root, and compose masked the build three ways so the container crash-looped with sh: next: not found. The backend image could not build at all.
  • 288 ruff errors.

This PR

  • CHANGELOG.md documenting all of the above.
  • Real screenshots from the running Compose stack — dashboard, switches and security at 1440×900, plus 390×844 mobile. Every page captured with 0 console errors and 0 failed requests.
  • CORS fix: 127.0.0.1:3000 is now allowed alongside localhost:3000, so opening the UI by IP no longer fails.
  • Removed the obsolete compose version: attribute.

Gates (§9)

Gate Status
1. Builds from clean checkout ✅
2. Tests pass ✅ 11 passed
3. gitleaks + trivy ✅ clean; 0 findings on both Dockerfiles
4. Runs in a clean container ✅ both healthy, endpoints 200
5. Real screenshots reviewed ✅ this PR
6. README claims verified ✅ all 12 referenced images exist
7. License present ✅
8. Version + changelog ✅ 1.1.0

Publishing mode is gated.

- CHANGELOG.md documenting everything fixed since the repo was unusable: the
Settings regression that stopped the backend importing, the F823 UnboundLocalError
on the config-pull path, three syntax errors, and the container stack that never
worked (dev server as the production image, masked by compose).
- Real screenshots captured from the running docker compose stack at 1440x900 and
390x844 across dashboard/switches/security, reviewed for errors and secrets.
- CORS now accepts 127.0.0.1 as well as localhost, so opening the UI by IP works.
- Removed the obsolete compose 'version:' attribute.

Verified: pytest 11 passed; ruff clean; gitleaks clean; trivy 0 findings; both
containers healthy with 0 console errors on every captured page.
