refactor: data→notification 역결합 제거, Notifier 인터페이스 주입 - #38

- Notifier 인터페이스를 core:data 에 두고 Schedule/User/FamilyGroup Repository 가 주입받는다 - core:alarm 의 NotifierModule 이 GuardianNotifier 를 바인딩하고, core:data 의 core:alarm 의존을 지운다 - DummyDataManager 를 Hilt 생성자 주입으로 바꾸고 MainActivity 가 @Inject 로 받는다 - .idea/gradle.xml Gradle JVM 을 jbr-21 로, .mailmap 으로 커밋 author 표시 이름을 정규화 - .claude/hooks/git-commit-guard.sh: 2026-09-05 지시대로 검증 생략 커밋만 막는다

:app:assembleDebug·:app:testDebugUnitTest통과.:app:ktlintCheck는 이 PR 이 건드리지 않은AITestActivity·AppNavigation의 기존 compose 규칙 위반으로 실패한다. chore: v1 출시 차단 항목 해소 — Vertex 키·Calendar 스코프 제거, applicationId·서명·약관 페이지 #34 에서 해소된다.MainViewModel의 테스트용 FCM 전송이GuardianNotifier를 직접 부르는 자리는 남겨 뒀다. feature → core 방향이라 역결합이 아니고, refactor: MainViewModel(God-VM, 420줄) 분해 #26 의 분해 범위와 겹친다.
