为桌面端 Toggle 录音模式增加可选的 Enter 停止录音并开始转写能力。用户需在「设置 → 录音」主动开启「按 Enter 结束录音」；默认关闭，避免改变现有用户的回车习惯。

当前验证提交：
416985c982efd97a7d611ec1e0e0f00a86d223bc（合并上游beta的93d40bf9）。唯一文本冲突位于 E2EE 文档测试，已保留 Enter 设置同步测试与上游凭据端点安全测试，未删除任一方覆盖。GitHub 已确认没有合并冲突。4b72bd53已完成全部远程验证，提交者已手动测试并反馈未发现问题；此手动反馈不替代合并后提交的验证。所有编译、测试和打包均在 GitHub Actions 执行，未在本机运行。当前尚在等待 fork 的 macOS 重试结果，不宣称完整构建全部通过。
