Add plugin: Widget Runner (com.goran.widgetrunner)

Hi! I'd like to submit my plugin to the marketplace (the easy route from the README).

• Bundle ID: com.goran.widgetrunner (matches the .sdPlugin folder and manifest.json)
• Icon: the plugin icon is at com.goran.widgetrunner.sdPlugin/icons/plugin.png in the repo (happy to attach it here if that's easier).
• Releases: a .streamDeckPlugin is attached to the latest release (v0.1.1).

Section-wise this is an open-source plugin written to the Stream Deck WebSocket protocol for OpenDeck — please place it wherever you think fits best.

One note for transparency: it's Windows-only and needs Python 3.11+ with a few packages (documented in the README), so it isn't a one-click install like most entries. Let me know if that's a problem for listing. Thanks!

You'll need to bundle Python and the libraries with the plugin. See https://github.com/ChrisRegado/streamdeck-googlemeet#bundling for an example

Since its Windows only, maybe think about reflecting that in the name or atleast the description. Otherwise you will probably get reports for not working on Linux.
