Add Focused App Volume - #45

Is there a plan to support non KDE Desktops in the future? If not, maybe it would be worth it to reflect that in the name. |
|
Also please don't use opendeck in the name, since it could imply to others that this could be an official plugin. |
There is no OpenDeck in the name right now. |
The current implementation depends on KWin/kdotool, so I've renamed it to make that limitation explicit. Broader desktop support could be considered later. |

You've ruined the catalogue file and therefore also haven't reviewed the diff. I'll give you a chance to clean this up |

Also, a blank white square for the icon is not acceptable |
Adds Focused App Volume, an OpenDeck/OpenAction plugin for controlling the PipeWire volume of the currently focused application on KDE Plasma/Linux.

The plugin supports Stream Deck+ encoder volume control, mute, live application name/icon/volume feedback, Steam/Proton games, and applications with child audio processes such as Signal.
