The star history chart in the README is broken due to GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart to use a working data source so the badge renders correctly again.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken because the underlying GitHub stargazer API is restricted. This change points the chart to a working data source that requires no API token, restoring the chart so it renders correctly for everyone.
