[UI] i18n: sort translation files and update formatting setup

• All translation files are now sorted alphabetically, making them easier to read and maintain
• New texts are automatically inserted in the right place when saving
• Formatting settings were adjusted so all editors produce the same file layout
• No texts were changed; only the order of entries was adjusted
