Summary
This PR updates project dependencies to versions tested with the LUMI container stack.
Note: These dependencies will not install out-of-the-box on LUMI, as they require ROCm-specific builds of
pytorchandflash-attncompiled from source. LUMI's software policy discourages direct Python environment management in favor of containers, which are available on LUMI with these dependencies pre-configured.Type of change
