For a `LocalConversation`, the fork also retains whether stuck detection is
enabled and copies its custom `stuck_detection_thresholds`. The source and fork
therefore use the same repetition thresholds when processing the same sequence
of events. The threshold configuration is copied independently; it is not shared
between the two detectors.
