Adds CLAUDE.md, guidance for Claude Code sessions on this branch.

  • This branch holds only the README and the build workflows. build-hisilicon.yml is called from openipc-hisilicon's ci.yml, so a change here changes that branch's CI.
  • Records what the workflow must keep consistent:
    • the build and smoke matrices and the README's SoC list
    • the 256K NOR / 768K NAND partition limits
    • the autoboot-prompt smoke criterion
    • the hold- artifact prefix
    • why release and publish are separate inputs
  • Points to openipc-hisilicon's own CLAUDE.md, added in the companion PR.

Documentation only; no workflow change.

Guidance for Claude Code sessions on this branch: it holds only the
README and the build workflows, the U-Boot trees live on their family
branches, and build-hisilicon.yml is called from openipc-hisilicon's
ci.yml, so a change here changes that branch's CI.

It records what the workflow must keep consistent: the build and smoke
matrices and the README's SoC list, the 256K NOR / 768K NAND partition
limits, the autoboot-prompt smoke criterion, the hold- artifact prefix,
and why release and publish are separate inputs. It points to
openipc-hisilicon's own CLAUDE.md for the tree itself.

AI Description

• Add Claude Code guidance explaining this branch’s role and its relationship to the HiSilicon
 source branch.
• Record CI invariants to preserve when changing SoC coverage, smoke tests, artifacts, or
 publishing.
• Provide local validation commands and point to the source branch’s companion guidance; workflows
 remain unchanged.

High-Level Assessment

A branch-local guide is appropriate because this branch owns the reusable workflow while bootloader sources and their guidance live elsewhere. Duplicating source-tree guidance here would risk drift; linking to it keeps responsibilities clear.

Add branch-specific Claude Code and CI guidance

• Explains the branch layout and how HiSilicon CI calls its reusable workflow. Documents SoC-list alignment, image limits, smoke criteria, held artifacts, release and publish behavior, and commands for local validation.
