Help currently opens GitHub Discussions and Visit homepage opens the engine repo. Both now go to https://docs.openintegrationengine.org/engine/ so the Administrator lands on documentation first. Fixes OpenIntegrationEngine#181 Signed-off-by: Abdullah <89297042+AzazelSensei@users.noreply.github.com>

Fixes #181
Help in the Administrator was opening GitHub Discussions, and Visit homepage was opening the engine repo. Both now go to https://docs.openintegrationengine.org/engine/ so people hit the docs first.
I left the login-window company URL on openintegrationengine.org.
