Native submit_host instead of the Slurm proxy, mandatory NFS home and clusters, no Jupyter, Let's Encrypt, own certificate or host name. The wiki draft moves to the official documentation.

This adds the Open OnDemand guide to the Slurm chapter, under a new Integrations section, as in the OneSlurm documentation structure proposed on 5 October. Open OnDemand is now a one-VM appliance in the OpenNebula Public Marketplace that works as a web portal for OneSlurm clusters (OpenNebula/one-apps#400, OpenNebula/marketplace#177). The page covers how the portal works, the requirements, the deployment from Sunstone and the CLI, what users see, adding users and clusters, security, troubleshooting and the known limitations. Every step was tested on OpenNebula 7.4 with two OneSlurm clusters, and the screenshots come from that test. It also removes the old Open OnDemand blueprint under Solutions, which described the earlier OneFlow service from the Community Marketplace. Its URLs redirect to the new page with Hugo aliases. The marketplace link on the page works once OpenNebula/marketplace#177 is merged. Co-authored-by: mattrowe-opennebula <mrowe@opennebula.io>

This PR adds the Open OnDemand appliance, a web portal for OneSlurm clusters. Users sign in with their LDAP account to manage files, submit Slurm jobs and open a terminal on the clusters.
/homeand the clusters asname:controller IP.submit_host.OOD_ERRORin OneGate. With no LDAP, NFS or clusters, the portal starts empty so the pipeline can test it as a single VM.appliances/lib/helpers.rbwith rspec tests (with_retries,ldap_base_dn,sssd_ldap_client,mount_nfs).I tested it on OpenNebula 7.4 with two OneSlurm clusters (15 of 15 basic checks, 12 of 12 for the failure cases and the portal without clusters).
Readiness tests are in OpenNebula/development#3232 and the pipeline entry in OpenNebula/one-infra#1478. The marketplace entry is OpenNebula/marketplace#177 and the guide is OpenNebula/one-docs#1013.
