Summary

• add profile-aware in-place transformation evidence for SQLite, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, and Dolt
• prove existing-target identity preservation and create-target success/rejection boundaries
• isolate Dolt fixtures per test and verify branch, HEAD, history, and working-set behavior
• run the evidence class in every service CI job and document the gate

Why

The PHP adapter had transformation behavior but lacked one cross-profile integration gate proving that edits stay in the existing dataset/table and that unsupported target creation fails before mutation.

Impact

No production behavior or official Transformation Plan conformance claim changes. This adds test evidence, CI coverage, and documentation for the package-local legacy transformation contract.
