feat(multisig): export/import XDR for multisig accounts - #175

- Add lib/stellar/multisig.ts (readAccountAuth, requiredThreshold=med, signatureWeight, mergeSigned, session storage, non-invoker detection) - Extend market clients with timeoutInSeconds (1h multisig window) and never-sign dummy builder - Add usePrepareMultisig/useImportMultisig/useSubmitMultisig + useAccountAuth with sequence/expiry/threshold guards - Add MultisigReview (decoded args, fee/seq/expiry countdown, threshold progress, copy/import/sign/submit) - Wire quick-view buy + premium USDC transfer for multisig detection and explicit toggle - Map tx_bad_auth/tx_bad_auth_extra/tx_too_late/tx_bad_seq with user copy - Tests for multisig + errors, manual-test multisig section closes OracleDesk#139

Adds explicit multisig path for buy, sell, redeem and USDC transfer: build with 1h window, export XDR, import/merge signatures, weight vs on-ledger med threshold, submit only at threshold.
