Version 0.9.0 in package.json, the lockfile, manifest.json and server.json. The platform packages stay at 0.7.0 because the bundled OPA is unchanged, so the release publishes no binaries and needs no npm token. The CHANGELOG [0.9.0] section is the release note. The README gets the status line and an upgrade note, the Docker Hub tag table is updated, and the example hook's instructions say to use python on Windows.
