Good Afternoon,

I've started putting together a dockerfile with all the dependencies required in the repo. It looks like there are a few dependencies without arm64 support, so for now it might need to just be Linux, but I'll push that as soon as I'm done.

I'm going to start adding issues, so hopefully I can start collaborating pretty soon.

We might be able to leverage an API to pull PFAM data instead of downloading all 1.5 gigs.

Hello,

Thank you for your interest, indeed the target platform has been Linux x86_64 and I imagine that quite a few of the tools offer no support for aarch64, perhaps that will change due to Apple Silicone.

Regarding Pfam, the documentation briefly mentions that the search can be accessed programmatically, however it is getting deprecated soon. I think the InterPro REST API should be investigated instead.

I think it really does a good job at combining a lot of the tools that we use and gives a really good report.
