Bug: Download loops between Download and Encoding, then fails with "Conversion failed"

Describe the Bug

Every time I try to download a video, the download process gets stuck in a loop and eventually fails during postprocessing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a video download.
2. The status changes from Download to Encoding.
3. Instead of continuing with the encoding process, it switches back to Download.
4. The video is downloaded again from the beginning.
5. It then switches back to Encoding.
6. Finally, the following error occurs:

Expected Behavior

The video should be downloaded once and then proceed to the encoding/postprocessing stage successfully.
