Spike 645 (SEP-50 Conformance): - Add mime_type and properties fields to token_metadata() - Include token_id, phase_level, collection_id in properties JSON - Full SEP-50 compliance for metadata structure Spike 647 (Cross-Chain Verification): - New proof-relay contract for multi-sig verification - submit_proof(), verify_proof(), get_proof() functions - Chainwhitelist and nonce-based replay protection - Validator set with configurable threshold - API endpoints for proof submission and status check Spike 648 (Explorer Integration): - New explorer-metadata contract for collection verification - set_explorer_metadata(), verify_collection() for admin badge management - Deep-linking to Stellar Expert and Soroban Explorer - VerificationBadge and ExplorerLinks UI components - API endpoints for metadata registration and retrieval Closes PHASE-STELLAR#507 Closes PHASE-STELLAR#509 Closes PHASE-STELLAR#510
