fix: address issues #608, #609, #610, and #611

• explain trigger comparisons in plain language
• remove redundant Badge aria-label
• keep oracle output in escaped React text nodes and add regression coverage
• cache bounded rainfall key results

Validation

• corepack yarn vitest run src/__tests__/TriggerConditionBadge.test.tsx src/__tests__/OracleDataWidget.test.tsx
• 19 focused tests passed
• corepack yarn tsc --noEmit is currently blocked by a pre-existing JSX closing-tag error in src/components/CategoryFilter.tsx:111
• full suite has unrelated pre-existing failures in DepositModal, formatOracleValue, flight parsing, and purchase-flow tests
