I am excited to be working again for the VirtualShip, this time as a Research Officer. I previously worked on the project as a student reseach assistant in 2024-25. I worked on the pedagogical effectiveness and authenticity of the virtualship, ultimately finding the project authentic, immersive, and engaging. Now I will continue working on implementing the project at various universities across the Netherlands as well as aiming to develop additional teaching material and software guides.

I did my bachelor's education in environmental and computer science at University College Roosevelt and followed the marine science master's programme at Utrecht University.
